10.57am: sick so got the day off... left over pasta from last night which i was meant to take to work...
1.40pm: mandarin in bed...
4.39pm: tuna with olives on toast... had something similar at sharon's house and thought it was really good... she said it is very maltese...
9.19pm: 'stove top pie' from donna hay magazine... served with steamed zuchinnis and carrots... instead of pastry, potatoes is used... it was a hit with paul and geng... i didnt like it as much coz i am not that big a fan of pies...
9.47pm: banana and coconut cake i made... not a spongey cake and more like a custard cake..
