7.32pm: home cooked dinner by me...
dish 1: chicken thighs with capsicum and shallots
dish 2: steamed egg with mince
dish 3: stirfry bok choy with oyster sauce...
brown rice

i wish i could see the steamed egg dish more clearly. how do you make it? i wonder if it is simliar to my steamed egg dish.
ali.. do you come back and read this when you ask me a question or should i reply on your page??? to answer your question... steamed egg is made with 4 eggs beaten with some salt and probably 2 to 3 table spoons of cooked minced meat... mixed with half a cup of water then put it in a big pot with the lid on to steam... same? its also good with thousand year old egg inside the egg or even ham..

sounds a bit like my steamed egg. except i only use 2 eggs, water, soy sauce and lap cheung.
ooh lap cheong sounds good... never thought of that...
