june 24

inspired by my friend ali, i am going to keep track of the food i eat as of june 25 for a month to see how i go... as i am trying to live a healthier lifestyle and put on some weight through gym and diet, the blog will contain an on going tally of the number of times i've been to the gym each month, and weight recorded at the end of each week.

hey! i love it! it's great that your blog has a point.

my friend valter had a food blog for a month too (www.valtersfood.blogspot.com) but he got a bit lazy at the end.

can you tally some other things too? Like how much alcohol you drink. Or how many meals you cook at home and how many you eat out??

Hey Ali and Valter... ooh thats exciting that i have an audience! Who would have thought someone's diet can be so intriguing!! Ali, I will think of a few more things to tally up... the alcohol is a good idea. and valter... i noticed drinking milk (well soy for me) coz i am lactose intolerant... i weigh 66kg now... Was 69kg when i was weight training. I already forgot to take photos twice today already but lucky I have left over so i could take them after. I will try and stick to this and see how long i last... it is hard and i dont know how you can go for this long Ali...
