7.35am: uncle toby's plus 'protein mix' with soy milk

1.25pm: ham, cheese and rocket sandwich on brown bread for lunch at work

1.49pm: grapes...

7.51pm: dinner... i made a couple of stirfry dishes + a fried egg with brown rice...

dish 1: chicken stirfry with red capsicum, green capsicum and onions... with a mild curry paste from the markets that paul's mum bought us...

dish 2: brocolli and tofu cooked with tin vegetarian chop suey (bamboo shoots, different types of mushrooms, dry tofu and some other stuff) in an oyster sauce...

my favourite condiment : fermented tofu with chilli... and also some really spicy himalayan chilli paste i bought from the paddington markets a while ago...

8.30pm: a mandarin with one of my favourite shows... 'heroes'

hey lee.. those stir-fry dishes look really healthy. Did you cook them in a wok?

how did you find that Uncle Toby's Protein Plus cereal? I bought that once, I don't think it has much protein in it when I looked at the Nutritional Information.

hi valter... the i got an awesome scan pan wok but i only have an electric stove... gas would have been more ideal... To tell you the truth i havent actually looked in the nutritional value in the cereal... guess i am a sucker for a label on the box... i just think its quite tasty... and everyone at home likes it... are you considering doing your blog again???

Hey Lee,

my fav condiment is also the fermented bean curd with chilli. Yeh Yeh was surprised when dad told him years ago that I actually spread it on toast! Very yummy!

do you seriously spread that fermented bean curd on toast? i might try that at home. i love the stuff, but i don't know what to do with it - besides cooking it with vegetables (and that's all theory really, i've never actually cooked it myself).
